With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

Broke when received Purchased at Amazon
I have purchased many items from Amazon and I love the website. I got a bummer this time. As usual the purchase was received in a timely manner.
I was excited to get my new vac. I opened the box threw it away and tried my new cleaner. It picked up nicely no complaints.
The problem is that is so loud that it is scary. Something is definately wrong.
Now because I put the box in the trash and there isn't an oreck dealer closer then Delaware (I am in Cape May NJ), I'm stuck. I don't know where I would find another box that large to try to pack it up and send it back.
Very very disappointed.
