Missing essential part
The refurbished unit was packaged poorly and came without a part necessary for operation, the vacuum hose. How can a portable canister be packaged without a part absolutely essential to use it in the most basic way?

Works Great!
This little vac has great power, light weight, and although it is used came in very good refurb condition. Sellar also did a great job with packaging. I did buy another dusting brush attachment through my local vac store.. the factory brush included with this model has the stiff bristles which I dont like.. Overall very nice product.
Hoover Platinum canister vacuum
I just tried this little Hoover vacuum cleaner and am impressed with its suction,quietness and lightness. I have three dogs and this vacuum cleaned up all of the "tumbleweeds" easily. All of the attachments fit tight and make vacuuming a breeze instead of a chore.Great little cleaner!
